Every Mile & Every Dollar Counts!
Help Me Raise $3K For Endometriosis Foundation—Every Dollar Goes To Support Our Fight to #EndEndo
I am 1 in 10 women who have endometriosis and PCOS. I joined TeamEndo and was planning to run the NYC Marathon on November 3. I’m a seasoned runner, having run many half marathons, a marathon, trail races including a 25K. I love to run and can be found hitting the roads and trails in all four of Maine’s seasons .
Unfortunately, my endometriosis has taken a turn for the worse and provided a new round of challenging symptoms that are invisible, yet so pervasive. In my case wreaking havoc on my quality of life and holding me back from fully engaging with the world and participating in actives I love most.
Ultimately, my goal is still possible. I want to share my story and raise money for Endometriosis Foundation of America (EndoFound)— an organization striving to increase disease recognition, provide advocacy, and fund landmark endometriosis research.
I’m 1 in 10 women with ENDOMETRIOSIS. I’m running as much as possible while trying to find my way forward with Endometriosis and PCOS. We need greater awareness, education, and research. I’m committed to raising $3,000 for Endometriosis Foundation.
DEADLINE: Saturday, December 7, 2019
Why December 7? This day marks the 1 year anniversary of my diagnosis confirming Endometriosis and PCOS via laparoscopic surgery. Diagnosis is not where the story ends. It's the beginning of the next chapter as I learn how to manage the up's and down's of symptoms and find my way forward to enjoy life.
Every mile and every dollar counts! Together we can make a difference.
Thank you for your support!
