Location: Trails behind Inland Hospital, Waterville, Maine
Weather: mid to upper 60s and tons of sun with a light, cool springtime breeze.
Observation: Walking along a tree among the trees might be my version of “slacklining” or perhaps nature’s balance beam. Since I needed to run errands, I threw my running gear in the car so I could hit a local trail in the area and spend time in the dirt and among the trees. This was one of my local “go to” running spots when I lived in Waterville my first homebase when I when I first returned to Maine. Hard to believe it was five years ago this month! Grateful that all of life’s ebbs and flows have landed me right where I am.
