Observation: A hot evening led us to vegetarian style BBQ... pulled “pork” sandwiches made with onions, beets, red potato, and portabello mushrooms. So glad to have fresh local produce across my plate again. Oh those beets, kale, onions, carrots, potatoes, scallions, and melt in your mouth tomatoes. Feeling the shop local vibes. In full force this evening.
